How to check we're a real company
Car-transport scams usually ask for money in advance. We don't: private buyers pay on delivery. You can also check us yourself.

Our VAT number, BG208038880, can be checked in the EU's VIES register.

Before the car is collected
A few things make the pickup go smoothly:
- The pickup address and the seller's contact details
- When the car can be collected, and the release code or PIN if it's at an auction compound
- Whether the car runs, so we bring a winch if it doesn't
- Where the car's documents travel: with the car, or separately
At delivery, walk around the car with the driver before you sign, and note any damage on the CMR consignment note there and then.
Documents
Between EU countries the car needs no customs papers, only its own documents for registration at home. For Serbia and North Macedonia, outside the EU, it also needs export, transit (T1) and import documents, usually arranged by you or a customs agent.
Insurance
We are liable for your car under the CMR Convention from pickup to delivery, on our own trucks and on our partners'. That liability is insured with WIENER STÄDTISCHE Versicherung AG (Vienna Insurance Group), up to €600,000 per incident. Compensation follows the CMR limit, about €15,100 for a 1,500 kg car, so if your car is worth more, consider insuring it yourself for the journey.
Tracking
Follow your car on our tracker with its VIN: status and estimated arrival, and on most of our own trucks its approximate location.
Questions from private buyers
When do I pay?
When the car is delivered. We don't ask private buyers for any payment in advance.
How do I pay on delivery?
In cash or by bank transfer, when the car is delivered.
Is the price on the website the final price?
The prices on the site are starting prices per car. After your request, we send you the exact price for your car, route and date.
What if the car is damaged on the way?
Check the car with the driver at delivery and note any damage on the CMR consignment note before you sign. We are liable for damage during transport under the CMR, and that liability is insured up to €600,000 per incident. Compensation follows the CMR limit, about €15,100 for a 1,500 kg car.
Can you collect a car that doesn't run?
Yes. We load cars that don't run by winch. Say so in your request, so we send the right truck.
Do I need to be there at pickup?
No, the seller can hand the car over to our driver. Tell us who we should contact at pickup.
