What we do for dealers

How booking works

  1. Send the request

    Vehicles, route and dates in the form, or by WhatsApp, Viber or email. For a load of several cars, the count is enough to start.

  2. Get your price within 1 hour

    During office hours, excluding VAT. Outside them, we reply within an hour of opening.

  3. We collect the cars

    We agree the pickup date with you and collect from your site, an auction compound, a port or a seller.

  4. Delivery and invoice

    Each car travels with a CMR consignment note and can be followed on our tracker, on most of our own trucks with the truck's approximate position. You pay by invoice.

Prices, VAT and payment

Dealer prices are per car, excluding VAT, and you get a company invoice. Switch on “I'm a business” in the form and add your VAT number; we check EU numbers in the EU's VIES register.

If your company is registered for VAT in another EU country, the invoice carries no Bulgarian VAT: you account for it under the reverse charge.

You pay by invoice after delivery.

Our liability under the CMR is insured with WIENER STÄDTISCHE Versicherung AG (Vienna Insurance Group), up to €600,000 per incident. Compensation follows the CMR limits, so insure high-value cars for their full value yourself.

Questions from dealers

Are your dealer prices with or without VAT?

Without VAT. The prices for private buyers, elsewhere on the site, include VAT.

How do you price a load of several cars?

We quote each load individually. Tell us how many vehicles, the pickup and delivery towns and the dates, and we reply with a price for the load.

Can you collect from an auction compound?

Yes. Send the release code or PIN with your request, together with the compound's address and opening hours if you have them.

Do you offer enclosed transport?

No. We use open car transporters only, our own and our partners'.

What are the payment terms?

You pay by invoice after delivery.

Is a car insured on a partner's truck?

Yes. When a partner's truck carries your car, we remain your carrier under the CMR, and our CMR liability insurance with WIENER STÄDTISCHE Versicherung AG (Vienna Insurance Group), up to €600,000 per incident, covers our liability for it.
