How tracking works
When we carry your car, you can follow it on our tracker until it's delivered, on our own trucks and on our partners'. All you need is its VIN: no account, no app.

How to follow your car
Find the VIN
The 17-character vehicle identification number, on the registration document or the purchase papers.
Open our tracker
With the Track button at the top of every page, or the button on this page.
Enter the VIN
You see where the car is in its journey and when it's expected. Check back any time until it's delivered.

Our trucks and partner trucks
On our own trucks
Status and estimated arrival. Most of our own trucks also show their approximate position on a map, from the truck's GPS.
On a partner's truck
Status and estimated arrival, updated by our dispatch team. There's no map, because partner trucks aren't on our GPS.
Privacy
The tracker never shows a truck's exact position: the point on the map is moved at random by 5 to 12 km, and the map says how far it may be off.
It shows no names or phone numbers, and for the destination only the town, not the address. Anyone with the VIN can follow the car and see which town it's going to, so share the VIN only with people you want to follow the transport.
Questions about tracking
When can I start tracking?
As soon as the car is picked up. Before that, the tracker doesn't know the car yet.
Why doesn't the tracker find my VIN?
Check that all 17 characters are right; a VIN never contains the letters I, O or Q. If the car hasn't been picked up yet, try again after pickup. A car on a partner's truck appears once our dispatch team has added it.
How often does the position update?
About every hour, on our own trucks that are on our GPS system, which are most of them. Cars on a partner's truck, or on one of our trucks that isn't on our GPS system, have no map; our dispatch team updates their status.
Can I see exactly where the truck is?
No. For the safety of the truck and its load, the map shows an approximate position, up to about 12 km off.
Do I need an account or an app?
No. The tracker is a web page: enter the VIN and you see the status.
Can't find your car?
Send us the VIN on WhatsApp or Viber, call, or email, and we'll tell you where it is.
